Master Data Lead

The Master Data Lead is responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across multiple sources within the organization. This role is critical in supporting the data and analytics strategy by maintaining high data quality standards and providing reliable data for decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Management: Design, implement, and maintain master data management practices.
- Data Quality: Analyze and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring data quality and accuracy.

- Data Standards: Define and implement data standards, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process to deliver business relevant reporting, starting with the requirements gathering through to the delivery of reports based on Microsoft PowerBI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Critically analyze and challenge business requirements to understand the real needs.
- Translate business needs into documented data models by identifying underlying systems and data fields.
- Create visually powerful and insightful PowerBI reports.
- Collaborate with the corporate IS team to define additional data pipelines when data is not available in the data lake.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and data models.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:

TASKS
- Implementation of purchasing processes: planning and execution of purchases according to needs; market analysis, searching for new and competitive offers; negotiating commercial terms
- Preparation of contracts and requests for proposals (including specifications), revision of offers in commercial and technical terms,
- Building a supplier base, maintaining good relationships with new and existing suppliers;
- Cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure efficient purchasing;
- Purchasing administration in SAP Ariba, monitoring the purchase process from requisition to payment

TASKS
- Leading technology transfer and industrialization of products on a mass scale.
- Preparation of new production lines and qualification of raw materials and products.
- Ensuring stable product quality and controlling production processes.
- Conducting root cause analyses and solving process problems.
- Process optimization and implementation of approved changes.
- Monitoring process parameters to maintain production and quality stability.
- Improve efficiency, reduce waste and recycle poor quality products.
- Managing a team of Process Control Specialists.

We are currently looking for Environmental Coordinator to our newly established factory in Nysa. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and adhering to environmental policies, procedures and training programmes, in accordance with corporate requirements, guidelines and legislation. You will report to the Plant EHS Manager.
TASKS
- Conducting environmental protection issues in a manner that ensures compliance with the relevant standards and executive regulations in the newly launched plant.
- Monitoring of emissions to the environment.
- Supervision of notifications, applicable environmental decisions concerning the plant and monitoring of recommendations contained therein.
- Organization of waste and wastewater management in cooperation with specialized external service providers.
- Developing and implementing environmental policies, procedures and training programs, in accordance with corporate requirements, guidelines and legal regulations.
- Implementation of reporting requirements required by Polish law.
- Investigation of environmental incidents.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations in the field of proper operation of the plant in terms of the environment (on-site wastewater treatment plant, installations emitting into the air, industrial waste).
- Cooperation in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
- Implementation of internal audits, supervision of post-audit activities and evaluation of their effectiveness.
- Cooperation with environmental protection offices and institutions in the scope of the tasks performed.
- Support for department heads in the field of environmental protection issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher technical education (chemistry, environmental engineering or related)
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in a similar position gained in a production environment.
- Knowledge of environmental regulatory requirements.
- Ability to influence and motivate employees, management and contractors to achieve the objectives of EHS IONWAY.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 requirements to the extent necessary to manage the assigned process, experience in the environmental management system.

We are currently looking for a Production Shift Leader for our newly built factory in Nysa. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and organizing the work of a subordinate production team. You will report to the Area Manager.
TASKS
- Implementation of the production plan and ensuring the required product quality
- Reporting of operational indicators within the designated area
- Managing and organizing the work of the subordinate team
- Participation in recruitment, responsibility for the onboarding and development of employees (knowledge of Training Ineat Industry -mile widziana)
- Taking care of the correct recording of the working time of subordinate employees
- Responsibility for compliance with applicable safety standards and procedures
- Searching for areas for improvement, participation in optimization workshops
- Support in finding the root causes of errors and implementing corrective actions
REQUIREMENTS
- Readiness to work in a 3-shift / 4-brigade system
- Experience in managing a team (production team preferred)
- Ability to set priorities, monitor the implementation of production tasks
- Experience in working with employee competency matrices
- Ability to build teams, resolve conflicts and motivate employees
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel), knowledge of SAP is welcome
